We are Marcus and Romy, the husband and wife team behind Lotus Cleaning Solutions. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the cleaning industry, we’ve made it our mission to bring affordable, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services to the community we now proudly call home.

 

Our journey began in London, where we specialised in end-of-tenancy and renovation cleans across some of the city’s most prestigious areas, including Notting Hill, Hampstead, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea. Attention to detail was everything in these settings, and it taught us the value of precision and professionalism. Romy went on to manage her own cleaning team, while I began consulting for large scale commercial projects.

 

Later, we built a cleaning company from scratch on the Gold Coast in Australia, growing it to a team of twelve staff and establishing a reputation for quality and trust. We still retain equity in that company today, a reflection of the solid foundation we built together.

 

When we travelled through Cambodia, Siem Reap captured our hearts. The energy, culture, and warmth of the community made it clear that this was where we wanted to settle and raise our daughter. That’s when Lotus Cleaning Solutions was born. A family run business dedicated to delivering the same high standards we are known for internationally, but with a local touch.
